This method combines light and electron microscopic data from a resin-embedded sample or cryosections.
While it doesn't provide the same level of precision for protein localization as immunolabeling with nanogold, it is very useful to visualize by TEM rare events that can be identified by light microscopy.
We ask you to provide us the light microscopy data following specific recommendations. We prepare, section the exact cell(s) or region(s) of interest of a tissue imaged by light microscopy and assist you in imaging by transmission electron microscopy the targeted areas.
